Want to set up a constellation?
As a constellation initiator, you set up a relationship constellation (private or professional) by selecting representatives from the group of participants. The experienced relationship constellation becomes „visible“ through the statements and behavior of the representatives. Resolution involves communication and repositioning. This means something needs to be said or heard before the unfavorable constellation can dissolve. The representatives are repositioned until everyone is „well placed“—standing in their rightful place and being acknowledged accordingly.
Want to be a representative?
The initiator selects representatives for the people involved in their relationship conflict. These representatives step into the roles of the actual people and experience their perspectives. Being a representative allows you to get to know this powerful conflict-resolution tool.
