It was a celebration of inspiration, exchange and solidarity within the industry – offering lots of exciting and informative insights from the top HR influencers. #TogetherWeAreStronger

Expert know-how at its best
The HR industry covers countless topics: Where can I find employees? How can I support them? What does it take to retain them in the company? Why is burnout prevention and mental strength an important issue? How can we incorporate more exercise into our everyday (working) lives? What is required to create genuine salary transparency? Could a system for career progression for parents strengthen employee loyalty? How can I manage different generations? What does it take to achieve genuine diversity in a company? And much more…
These „hot topics“ in HR were adressed by the top HR influencers at the Personal Manager Expo Festival, who shared their expertise in exciting presentations and panel discussions. The Top HR Influencers Stage focussed on active exchange – both during the presentations and afterwards in personal conversations with participants afterwards.
After the Morning Flow session, Movevo gave valuable advice throughout the day on how to easily and effectively incorporate exercise into everyday life, thereby improving employees‘ health and well-being.
Our partner Cornerstone supplemented its presentation on skills and competencies with valuable information on employee development, as well as on how learning and talent management can be implemented and executed optimally within a company.
Together, we collaborated intensively to develop solutions, making the day an inspiring event for everyone involved.
Highlights away from the stage
Thanks to our partners, our networking area was well attended throughout the day. In addition to HR know-how, expo participants were able to enjoy an extensive supporting programme:
Visitors took advantage of the opportunity to get receive styling and colour advice. Not only did they get a „new look“ from LOOK AT YOU & Marlene Mokricky, and tips on how to look their best on camera from Beraterkreis.

During his interactive cooking sessions, top restaurateur Karl Wrenkh provided sensual and culinary experiences. Together with the visitors, he made maki and demonstrated how preparing food together can stimulate all the senses and strengthen team spirit.
As well as the HR input, there were also some great competitions. Visitors had the chance to win a fruit basket from Adamah in a raffle and took part in a digital scavenger hunt powered by Deskpilot, to win great prizes from Alpenhaus Hotels, Karl Wrenkh, LOOK AT YOU and Edenred.
It was a successful day on all levels
The personal manager expo festival was not only a day full of inspiration, motivation and networking, and a significant step towards achieving greater visibility and appreciation for the HR scene. Under the motto #TogetherWeAreStronger, a unique atmosphere was created that further strengthened the exchange within the HR community. We are already looking forward to the next events that will enrich and advance the HR world.
