It was probably the hottest evening of the year in Austria, if not the hottest. This was not only due to the high summer temperatures, but also because the top 50 HR influencers gathered on Thursday, 22 June 2023, and were „on fire“.

They met on the 6th floor of the roof terrace at karriere.at, to celebrate greater visibility and appreciation for the HR scene. #TogetherWeAreStronger

It was a wonderful event, initiated by Marion Eppinger, #hrpassionista and Vivien Schulter, #Kulturwandlerin with the energetic organisational support from Verena Eisenreich. During this official event, the top 50 HR influencers were honoured for their valuable work and the vision and spirit of this community were celebrated. This is a milestone for an inspiring, cooperative future.

The 50 award-winning HR influencers were presented with a beautiful awards. Many beaming faces came together in person for the first time to make a difference. #FutureOfHR

The children of the HR influencers were also recognised important for the future. As a positive sign of a desirable change in the world of work, there was a creative play area for working parents and their children. #SupportWorkingParents

All the senses were well catered for: Wrenkh had cooked up a storm and top wines from Scheibelhofer were served.
