A festive awards ceremony for the top 30 HR influencers in Austria:

A fireworks display of emotion and togetherness!

The award ceremony for this year’s Top 30 HR Influencers took place on Thursday, 17th October 2024 at the UniCredit Center Kaiserwasser. The influencers of the year were presented with their awards by Marion Eppinger, the initiator of the award. This year, she was joined by Svetlana Pančenko, Head of People and Culture and Management Board Member at UniCredit Bank Austria.

The motto #TogetherWeAreStronger was embraced once again this year: The evening was an emotional rollercoaster. The warm-hearted support of the entire community, from the award winners and partners to the guests from the HR scene, radiated the same collaborative spirit.

Once again, this year’s event was a resounding success. ‚The HR scene in Austria deserves more visibility and appreciation. It was important to us to bring valuable content to the fore and give a platform to strong voices for change in the world of HR. Together, we can achieve so much!“, said initiator Marion Eppinger, the #HRPassionista. For her engagement and her heartfelt project, she received “standing ovations” from the audience.

Marion Eppinger was joined by her colleagues Maria Schumann and Sabine Artmayr who togehter led the official part of the evening. Svetlana Pančenko, Head of People and Culture and Management Board Member of UniCredit Bank Austria, held an inspiring keynote speech about the importance of people in the HR sector and what they can achieve and change.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the awards to the top 30 HR influencers of 2024, who were in attendance. The impressive UniCredit Center at Kaiserwasser then provided the perfect setting for networking and celebrating with snacks and drinks. When women organise an event, it becomes a comprehensive package: the focus is on what unites people and on working together. This should not only be attributed to the women’s world, but to the HR world in general. „If we in HR don’t manage to be thoughtful and look after each other, who will? It’s about more than ’seeing and being seen‘. It’s about creating ‚human relations‘ — moving away from superficiality and towards deep relationships with employees, customers and partners”, says Marion Eppinger in an interview.
